职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Defines, plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
2. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the principles or project management and is able to apply them effectively on small to large size projects.
3. Possesses specialized knowledge plus a broader technical knowledge in areas outside his or her area of expertise.
4. Has responsibility for projects or processes of significant technical importance and for results that cross engineering project areas.
5. Initiates significant changes to existing processes and methods to improve project and team efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Coaches and mentors less experience staff members.
2. Coordinates and leads team communications, including project reviews with management and customers.
3. May be responsible for coordinating actions and plans for several sub-teams into a cohesive whole.
4. Ability to influence buy-in on technical solutions in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
5. Facilitates problem resolution with other groups, both internal and external.
6. Deals effectively with people in tense situations and confronts and resolves conflicts effectively.
7. Proactively involves others in planning, decision making and implementation efforts.
8. Ensures that project goals and project objectives are met.
9. Makes decisions or takes actions that move items to closure without divisiveness.
10. Fosters a communication friendly environment in which everyone has the ability to express conflicting inputs.
11. Better with Physical desgin knowledge.

EDUCATION:
1. Formal Project Management education, PMP designation is highly desirable.
