职位描述：
岗位职责:

Be responsible to manage and deliver the Global IT Services project mainly for system solutions, including presales, solution composition and presentation, project management and team management.
- Client ITO service delivery and performance management and some specific IT design and build project
- Office 365 Projects (e.g., Evaluate customer’s IT production and design the solution, deliver the IT Operation & Maintance services)
- Unified Communication Project (e.g., Design and Deploy Exchange Server, Lync Server, AD, etc)
- Other Microsoft infrastructure solutions like AD, DNS, DHCP;
- Infrastructure Refresh (e.g., continuing a program of ongoing technology refresh and standardization on a global basis)
- 2nd Level technique support and troubleshoting;

任职资格:

Good technique background with microsoft solutions like AD, Hyper-V, Exchange, Lync, Office 365;
？ Good technique background with server hardware, backup softwares and sotrages;
？ Understand normal sales process and policy, especially for office 365;
？ Post Graduate / Graduate with Engineering Degree and equivalent work experience required.
？ Should have 5+ years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management / IT Service Delivery.
？ The candidate should have minimum of 3+ years of extensive project management experience, and should be proficient in the usage of various Project Management tools like MS projects for tracking projects.
？ He/she should have excellent communication skills and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed of the project delivery.
？ He/she should be able to understand and adapt, the regional/country specific work cultures, for project delivery.
？ He/she should be able to build effective working relationships with various other teams within Company.
？ He/she should be able to understand complex activities and relationships quickly, and assess business and delivery risk effectively, and communicate it effectively.
？ He/she should be able to communicate the related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
？ He/she should have experience with auditing, risk management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation.
？ Excellent project management skills.
？ Experience of working with virtual project team members.
？ Good knowledge about the various IT infrastructure components and processes.
？ Effective risk assessment skills.
？ Good MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office skills
？ Good knowledge about the various IT infrastructure components and processes.
？ Good commercial acumen for managing budgets.
？ Good vendor management skills.
？ Knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO20000 / ITIL Framework / COBIT etc) preferred.
？ Preferred Certifications:ITIL Foundation, MCSE, PMP (Preferred)
