职位描述
岗位职责：
1、执行董事会决议，主持上市公司全面工作，保证经营目标的实现。
2、组织实施经董事会批准的公司年度工作计划和财务预算报告。
3、制定上市公司的经营策略；建立健全公司统一、高效的组织体系和工作体系。
4、决定组织体制和人事编制，决定各职能部门和下属各关联公司总经理以及其
他高级职员的任免、报酬、奖惩，决定派驻下设办事处和人员。
5、制定公司的月度、季度、年度计划和指标；
6、监控各个部门的运营发展状况；
7、对公司的人力资源状况、财务收入和支出情况，公司整体状况进行监控管理。
8、其他工作任务。
职位要求：
1、38-50岁，重点大学本科以上学历，硕士以上学历优先；
2、拥有5年以上大型医药生产经营企业全面管理工作经验，任职企业年销售规模超过6亿
元，年利润超过5000万元。
3、具有敏锐的市场意识、创新意识，熟悉上市公司运作流程；
4、沟通能力强，擅长于整体规划、组织协调相关资源；
5、有敏锐的市场洞察力，具备现代医药行业管理创新策划能力；
6、拥有良好的商业意识和战略意识，具有优秀的管理才能和职业操守；
7、薪酬：基本年薪50万以上+管理分红。
