Archibat HR Asia is looking for a (Architecture) Senior Project Manager for a Reputed American Architectural Design firm to be based in their Shanghai Office.

Responsibilities
·      Manages project development
·      Potentially supports and oversees others in project delivery
·      Potentially serves as business manager for book of work
·      Potentially supports and oversees others in management of project budgets and schedules
·      Identifies training needs and encourages learning culture
·      Negotiates additional services
·      Manages contract fee, scope, and schedule
·      Assists in contract negotiations
·      Reviews and issues invoices
·      Participates in tracking and collecting invoices
·      Contacts client in pursuit of collections
·      Supports others in collection efforts
·      Performs and leads others in construction administration per requirements of the AIA A201
·      Plays role as active participant in establishing construction budgets and schedules
·      Is mindful of risk mitigation
·      Ensures quality control of project documents with internal team review
·      Leads client communication at project level

Required Experience
·      Minimum of 20 years prior work experience within a related field
·      Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
·      Proficient in project leadership within market
·      Actively contributing to profession, both internal and externally
·      Demonstrated client leadership
·      Maturing, effective people management skills
·      Demonstrated ability to support and lead others in project design + delivery
·      Licensed or certified professional
·      LEED AP or equivalent
·      Well-rounded knowledge base
·      Demonstrated ability to lead large scale projects within market
·      Demonstrated ability to develop project scope, fee, and schedule
·      Actively involved with one or more external community or professional organizations
·      Fluent in English and Chinese
