About the company:

Key Responsibilities:
？ Monitoring the safety status of department, control the accident happened;
？ Push improvement project to increase the casting productivity;
？ Control the quality of the casting, review the casting quality with other department;
？ Audit casting line on site, lead the improvement activity to improve the performance in the aspect of production & cost etc.;
？ Find the talent and training them, improve the working methods to build an effective team.
 
Key Requirements:
？ At least college degree;
？ Fluent English;
？ Experience in Casting;
？ Technical skills
- Customer specific requirements;
- Al casting;
- Problem solving;
- Audit skill;
- Communication skill.
？ Soft skills
- Office;
- CAD Tools.
