A global leading company is hiring an Admin Manager for its newly set up company in Changzhou city.
This role will report to the General Manager and take charge of the company's administration affairs as well as board meeting records.


Key responsibilities:

responsible for decisions and instructions delivery from the board, supervise as well as check the execution of the implementation
proposed changes to company and report to the board of directors; responsible for the company important rules and regulations of audit work, promote the company system innovation
responsible for the preparations for the meeting of the board, confirm the meeting time, place, participants and agenda, finish the meeting record as well as issued a notice
assist the board to master business situation, regularly and systematically to provide information as well as advice to the board
responsible for research, coordination and managing the problems from the board
responsible for meeting record for the board meeting, to form a meeting minutes and issued as required, also take charge of synthetic files delivery, implement as well as inspection
collect all important works, activities information from company and the board, compile financial monthly report including briefing
other tasks assigned by the board
admin - government resources coordination
admin service - management, meeting management important business activities organisation and coordination
files and confidentiality management - basic files, files and confidential management system construction as well as optimisation
document management - document management system construction and optimisation
office resource management - resources and office asset management, office furniture including office supplies management
daily public relations reception, other admin related assignments


Key requirements:

above two years' experience as Secretary of the board, at least three years’ experience in management role, experience in multinational environment is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or above, above two years' Secretary of the board experience, at least three years' management role
strong on presentation and literal skills, able to write a variety of internal as well as external work documents independently
have good communication, coordination and organisation abilities as well as strong ability to deal with public affairs
English required - good (listening and speaking, writing)
familiar with Microsoft Office
