A global leading automotive company is hiring Sr. Recruiting Specialist for it's Suzhou site.
This role will report to the HR Manager of this site and be in charge of 2 plants' recruiting work.
Key responsibilities:
support the HR Manager to improve and develop the organisation as well as drive HR/Admin functional excellence, initiating continuous improvements
lead and be responsible for staffing processes with thorough understanding of internal customers’ needs, including hiring needs clarification, job description confirmation to on boarding and induction till passing probation period
lead staffing activities and projects
generate and check HR related reports to ensure data accuracy and analyse data
Key requirements:
more than four years’ HR/Admin experience in global companies
familiar or experience with all HR modules and with strength/solid experience on staffing, performance management or process development
must be very good in English, both spoken and written
HR certificates preferred
good in Excel and PowerPoint, HR related laws and regulation, staffing, interview skills, performance management, training and development methods as well as implementation including problem solving skills
HR system, data analysis or payroll experience preferred, especially city-ray, workday etc.
lean experience, environment preferred
