Walter in Wuxi is seeking for a Customer Service (4 months contract)
Walter offers a comprehensive range of innovative tool solutions for turning, drilling, milling and threading operations, as well as multilevel service programs. Walter has a total of around 3,800 employees and around 50 subsidiaries and distribution partners worldwide.
The five competence brands of Walter, Walter Titex, Walter Prototyp, Walter Valenite and Walter Multiply, are united under one company umbrella. With a product range of around 49,000 catalogue tools for milling, drilling, turning and threading, Walter is a complete service provider for the metalworking industry. Specialists working in the relevant competence brands jointly develop integrated processing solutions for machining. Here their comprehensive expertise in the automotive sector, the aerospace industry, energy, rail transport and general mechanical engineering stands them in good stead.
The position would directly report to Customer and Commercial Service Manager, below please refer to the job description:
Job Purpose:
? Answer customer/sales man‘s questions, follow up customer’s open issue
? Coordinate with other department to meet customer’s requirement
? Push customer’s AR and checkup AR balance with customer
? Key performance area:
? Answer customer/FSE’s questions
? Follow up customer and FSE”s open issues
? Correspond cooperation with sales man and Customer
? Cross department communication
? Push customer’s account receivable
? Checkup account receivable with customer
? Do protection of the environment according to “environment policy of the WALTER Group”
Your profile:
? Excellent communication and writing skill.
? be familiar with Microsoft Office
? good English in writing and speaking
? good knowledge of mechanical
? good SAP skill in SD modal
? certain finance knowledge
? knowledge of environmental protection in China
? Age: below 35 years old
? Work experince in mechanical industry: 3 years and more
? ERP sytem experience. SAP is better
? good communication skill
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
