Role Description – summary
Handle the critical customer quality complaint/s as a team leader; Drive to solve the hot quality issues of CN field; CCRP coordinator;

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
？ Handle customer complaint and build the team for the solution, with 4Q/8D method;
？ As customer’s perceptive quality, initiate and involve a team with frontend, CS, SU and R&D to push the solution on time
？ Regular review and follow up the hot cases in a structural way
？ Keep the internal communication for problem solving, with other LBUs when necessary
？ Manage the CCRP system as a coordinator by log, respond, push and follow up the tool

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
？ Familiar to quality tools
？ Good communication skills with external and internal customers
？ Good interpersonal skill & good team player
？ More than 5 years in related function
