Job description
? Demonstrates responsibility for China IDMs at Entegris, and generating visible business growth at the prioritized accounts.
? Focuses on raise current market share & nominate new product & develop new market in customer site, support team to achieve the team target.
? Understands customer needs, and support internal teams for continuous improvement, attaining or maintaining the number, and for maximizing revenue, margin and market share at accounts
? Establishes relationships with the management team at assigned accounts to promote partnerships, and ensures Entegris is supporting customer’s long term business strategy.
? Develops and maintains industry contacts and relationships to provide opportunities for new business
? Understands team, division and goals, and develops account strategies and set sales objectives with the support from team leader
? Participates in team and Regional Field Operations meetings.
? Works closely with others team members and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc, to ensure indirect pre and after-sale service are effectively provided.
? Serves as Entegris primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provides key stakeholders (BU, Region, Corporate) visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.
? Effectively utilizes the support from Regional technical Support and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
? Works closely with team to eliminate non value added cost to improve competitiveness.
? When warranted, report to team leader and develops an effective action plans with team leader based on customer feedback and continuous improvement activities to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements
AcademicQualification :Bachelor electronic or chemistry major
Experience: 5 years working experience at Semiconductor industry, at least 2 years above sales job experience.
Experience of sales in global account or large customer is in recommendation .
Skills and Personal Attributes
Good English listen, speak, read and Writing skill
Team work, Activity, Honest , willing to take the challenge.
