职位描述：
Archibat HR Asia is looking for a BD Manager for a famous Sino-British construction company working with many International as well as local companies to help them build and expand their business in China.

Responsibilities:
1 Manage the operational process of BU`s BD, ensuring all BU BDs abide by the process and the proper adjustment of process to match with business requirement.

2 Coordinate the initiatives and tracking of all BU`s BD activities; Host regularly BD meeting within your BU to discuss the progress of BD efforts; Participate in monthly BD meeting with all BDs on BD activities, progress and achievement of BD KPI, namely qualified leads, proposals, wins and turnover generated against the Business Plan; Submit relevant monthly BD summary report to Head of BD covering the data of your BU and ensure the database is up-to-date.

3 Reporting, Maintain data and knowledge, including trends of the results of your BU`s Business development efforts, including collation and presentation of data on source of and reasons for leads, proposals, losses and wins, as well as statistics relating to these. Ensure systematic and comparable collection of this data from your BU Business Development team.

4 Establish and develop BD channels as well as build informal partnerships with strategic partners to increase customer results and to ensure that the ideal market penetration and sales performances are achieved.

5 Initiate research and analysis of the external market, competitors and internal development to ensure that a proactive business strategy and action tactic is deployed for the specific BU, as well as to input and develop creative commercial models to increase success chance of the specific BU.

Requirements:
1 Marketing, business development or business related major Engineering, or construction related training essential
2 Good knowledge of Chinese Construction Industry as well as Governmental Procedures;
3 At least 5 yrs experience in BD position in related industry.
4 High level communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with people at all levels;
5 Ability to identify and secure appropriate business opportunities;
6 Ability to manage and report on financial performance of project and business unit to the company management;
7 Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer;
8 Client relationship management skills essential;
9 Commercial awareness and negotiation skills essential.
