职位描述：
Air Freight Customer Service & Operator (外企货代 空运操作+客服）

-Above 3 year working experience in international airfreight will be priority
-College or above with good English communication skill ( CET-4 certificate or above ) & good Mandarin
- Familier with Air Freight export operation practice, be good at customer service
- Computer skill : Good at Word, Excel & E-mail
- Good interpersonal and cooperating skills, team player
- Service oriented, strong responsibility, & be careful.
- Dedication, Enthusiasm, Professionalism and Integrity

Major work activities:
1/ Keep good relations with carriers, arrange all the docs transfer to the relevant parties, books space with carriers
2/ arrange customs clearance operations, arranges cargo delivery
3/ provide to issue freight invoices & fill closing
4/ confirm mawb and issues hawb
5/ monitor all shipments to make customers know its status at any time
6/ secure space with the contractual carriers, ship by the fastest available route
7/ coordinate with suppliers, agents and overseas offices
8/ payment follow-up
