Job Summary
满足商旅客户出行时的票务预订、酒店住宿和租车的需求,使客户与BCD Travel均获得最大利益。通过相关出行信息的沟通,为客户提供服务。
Fulfils Corporate Travel Customers’ travel related requests in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals to result in maximized profitability for the client and BCD Travel. Provides customer service through the communication of travel related information.
确保点到点的服务和出行文件的准确性,例如机票、有效性、护照和签证处理,无间隙地传递服务质量。
Ensure the end-to-end service delivery and accuracy of travel documentations, such as airline tickets, validity, passport and visa processing and seamless execution of service delivery.
为整个差旅链提供增值服务。与同事、主管、业务合作伙伴和客户维持良好关系。
Adding values to the entire process chain of travel operations, the relationships amongst peers, superiors, business partners as well as the customers.

? 了解客户需求和完整准确的预订记录,根据价格和路线提供***的选择方案。
Understands client’s need complete accurate records of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of pricing and routing.
? 提供专业独立的商旅服务,例如行程规划,预订操作,运价计算和票务处理。
Work professionally and independently in providing business travel services i.e.: planning of itineraries, making reservations, competitive fare computations and ticketing.
? 根据服务水准协议确保高水准专业服务,提高客户满意度。
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
? 处理客户反馈,增加提供适当的解决方案和建议。
Handle customer feedback, escalations and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
? 处理签证相关的文档,确保从大使馆/领事馆可以快速拿到出行文件。
Process visa related documentation and ensure speedy recovery of travel documents from the Embassies/Consulates.
? 确保遵循客户的出行政策,包括飞机、住宿、汽车、铁路、保险和签证要求。
Ensure that travel policies of the clients are adhered to, including air, accommodation, car, rail, insurance and visa requirement.
? 通过流程知识、产品、规则和条例来减少过失和错误。
Minimise errors and mistakes by gaining knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations
? 确保电话服务能够与服务水准协议保持一致。
Ensure that the Telephone Service Factor (TSF) are met in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
? 在相应的层面上建立和保持与客户之间的良关系。
Build and maintain relationships with client’s contacts at the relevant level.
? 根据服务水准协议执行工作流程。
Manages workflow and processes in accordance with SLA.

IATA/UFTAA Diploma (STD) an advantage.
