POSITION SUMMARY:
? Position will lead PC Website Sales Business of RCL official website.
? Responsible for overall function, upgrade, and iteration of PC website of RCL.
? Key role in E-Commerce team achieving sales goal.
? Report to E-Commerce manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Establish the marketing campaign and online traffic driving plan for PC Website in order to achieve the target.
? Make strategy for the website business operation, optimize the business process, raise the activeness of visitors, and eventually convert to sales.
? Develop appropriate consuming processes to ensure sales opportunities being maximized in website channel, and strive for constant improvement in efficiencies.
? Manage and update the UI, UE, contents, infrastructure and backstage architecture for PC website.
? Manage and maintain the daily operation of PC website, and deal with the request on website from other departments.
? Design and package the commercial product for sale on website.
? Lead the development and implementation of KPI factors for web e-commerce: UV, PV, Bounce rate, Duration, Retention rate etc.
? Ensure the sales performance and customer service quality, coach the team at customers’ problems solving.
? Regular report and analysis for PC website business, to ensure top performance in respect of productivity, accuracy, guest satisfaction and revenue results.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? 5 years and above experiences in E-commerce and website operation.
? University degree and above
? Be familiar with online travel media or OTA business.
? Dedication to work, aggressive attitude will be extremely important.
? In-depth knowledge of technology of website developing, maintenance and operation.
? Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and cooperate with other departments.
? Problem solving and multi-task skill, willing to accept the challenge and pressure.
? Respect, willing to get involved with the company culture and ethics requirement.
