Responsibilities-

Technical activities:
? Identifying the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirement
? Be responsible for BRD conducting as well as testing for system development;
? Overview the quality of system development
? Assist system configuration to both current business
? Define and develops business requirements and functional specifications for new and renewal clients, and supporting the documentation of SOW as well
Process activities:
? Analyze implementation and member activity data
? Define all operation procedure in collaboration with clients, internal parties and 3rd party vendors for on-line and off-line transaction
? Document using established standards and templates
? Follows change request process for enhancements, manage UAT (User Acceptance Test) and CAT (Client Acceptance Test.)
Project management:
? Adheres to project or documentation standards defined by project management
? Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages delivery timeline effectively
? Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks

? Support Operations Team on trouble shooting critical application issues and manage.
? Handle ad hoc assignment from operation leader or team leader.


Requirements-
? Degree in business and computer science or equivalent training and work experience
? 3+ years of experience in Application Development, Requirement gathering, analysis and documenting
? 3+ years of experience in User acceptance testing activities, Integration testing and Test case development
? Insurance, Broking, Benefits Administration and/or Operations background will be beneficial
? Experience and knowledge working with IT development team for client-facing on-line platform
? Familiar with SQL,DB2, JAVA, IBM WebSphere is preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
? Attention to detail & meticulous
? Application rollout experience
? Experience with business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools will be beneficial
? Required to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses, as required by Mercer policies and State/local regulations 举报 分享
