岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
? Lead a team of 5-6 people composed of copy writers, designers and project managers to provide on-going marketing support to all hospitals located in different cities
? Work with UFH Brand Council to implement UFH branding guidelines and principles for each service location and multi-disciplinary areas to follow in order to ensure a consistent UFH presence in market place as well as premium positioning in front of consumers.

Responsibilities:
? Lead Shared Services Team to provide on-going support on materials/services in the area of marketing communications, merchandising, events such as Chinese/English copy writing, graphic design, patient story sharing, display racks, signage, event back drop, etc ;
? Work with marketing staff from various locations and external agencies to develop full sets of education and promotion video, H5, etc;
? Identity outside vendors and negotiate on behalf of UFH to secure best deals and ensure quality of deliverables are meeting UFH standards
? Closely work with UFH brand team to ensure proper brand presence in all UFH branded properties such as website, Wechat account, business cards, etc
? Other duties as directed

Qualifications:

? Over 8 years proven experience in creative agency, strong background in marketing management and creative development
? At least 5 years of people management and team-leading experience
? College/University degree above
? Fluent in Chinese and English

Skills:

? Excellent project management skills
? Strong general marketing background and good business sense
? Sound understanding of premium brand position
? Outstanding leadership and management capabilities
? Skilled in client management, negotiation and compromise when necessary

Knowledge:

? Well versed in creative development such as video, H5 production, etc.
? High level of familiarity with client management, event management, vendor selection and negotiation
? Healthcare background a plus
