职位描述：
1.Project Management
To lead, set-up, execute and close projects up to 10 million Euro.
1) Project Management: using and influencing/coaching the Management Team members to use the PM methodology defined as standard within the Group.
2) Project execution: Project execution within project’s objectives and time schedule. The Project Engineer must have a high added value in setting up and maintaining the project schedule, checking the milestones, communicating the warnings and deviations. The execution itself is done by him along with the local team and the contractors. The Project Engineer has to follow up, control the execution. He plays the role of Technical Project Manager himself.
3) Budget control: getting the estimated costs, collecting reliable data relative to engaged and/or spent amounts, etc… in support from the local and global engineering teams.
4) Communication: ensure a transparent, fluent and effective communication within the Group’s matrix organization as well as with external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering companies, authorities, etc.);
2.Be responsible for the Project Engineering
Responsible for the compliance of the conceptual design with the project objectives and with local specifications and requirements.
Evaluation of the basic and detailed design according to the general design requirements. General design requirements are:
- Group’ S&E Policy & Standards
- Operational efficiency
- State of the art process and utilities set up
- Food industry hygienic standards (HACCP, BRC, EHEDG, etc.)
- Optimal life cycle cost
3.Operational Support and technical assistance
Coach the operation teams with the implementation, evaluation and improvements of OEE-, KPI-, Safety Control- and Energy Saving programs.
Support operations with technical assistance (technical problems, line optimization, etc…)
4.Capability building
Increase the technical and operational skills of the field based colleagues by organizing seminars and trainings in close collaboration with R&D and QESH.
5.Market follow-up
Follow up of the technical/technological evolution in the food industry (suppliers, magazines, fairs, courses,)
Communicate and share this knowledge with colleagues and peers.
Requirements:
1) Master of Sciences or Bachelor of Sciences with experience.
2) Minimum 5 years experience as support engineer or industrial related operation activities.
3) Minimum 3 years experience in project organisations.
4) Experience of leading green field or Brown field project worth 2 m euro or above.
5) Multi-lingual and open for other cultures. Fluent in English
