职位描述：
主要工作职责(Main Responsibilities / Job Description)
？ Take charge for East China stores daily operations
负责管理华东地区店铺营业销售和日常营运
？ Improve and maintain the current operation system to meet the management's expectation
修改并完善现有运营体系以适应不同时期下对店铺运营管理的需求
？ Base on the data and fact, work out the standards for monthly store targets and staff performance
以数据为支持，结合实际，制定每月店铺各项目标及人员绩效考核的标准
？ Periodical performance review, store visit and routine meeting, summarize the operations flaws and provide suggested solutions with detailed action plans
回顾每月业绩、定期巡视店铺及组织日常例会，找到并汇报上级领导现有店铺问题并提供相应解决方案
？ Ensure the stores monthly targets (including but not limited to sales performance /staff turnover rate and etc..) are properly set and achieved
跟进每月店铺的各项指标情况（包括但不限于销售业绩、人员离职率等）
？ Allocate relevant jobs to the subordinates and coach them to ensure the retail operations efficiency
分配、协调区域经理及其他下级的工作，在必要时刻给予帮助及所需的培训，以促进其工作顺利并高效的开展
？ Coordinate with other departments including HR/Product/Display/Training and etc., to achieve a better retail performance
沟通协调公司其他业务支持部门（包括人力资源/货品/陈列/培训等），以确保营运体系流畅运行、促进公司增长目标
？ Other work assigned by the supervisor

任职资格 (Requirements):
？ Bachelor Degree or above, Business or related major preferred.
拥有学士学位以上学历，管理类相关专业优先
？ Five years or above retail management experience, fashion or fast fashion industry background preferred
五年以上零售行业管理经验，时尚行业或快时尚行业者优先
？ Passionate for retails, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset, result oriented and able to deliver results
热忱于零售工作并适应其工作节奏，具有积极乐观的工作态度，能承受工作压力并富有成效地工作。
？ Superior coaching skills and influential. Capable to motivate team to achieving targets, Good communication skills and team spirit
优秀的指导和影响能力,能激励团队实现目标，良好的沟通技巧及团队精神。
？ Willing to embrace the challenges and a proven fast learner to adapt the company's evolutionary environment and development
愿意接触新鲜事物，乐于挑战，拥有不凡的适应能力及学习能力，以适应、促进公司的不断的发展。
？ Good at data analysis and capable of find out the story behind the data, providing feasible suggestions
具有高效的数字分析能力，善于利用分析结果结合实际；对问题作出合理的判断，并有解决问题的能力
？ Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
