Job description
1. Proficient in speaking in English and Chinese. Also should be able to translate with ease.
2. 8+ years of IT experience.
3. Experience in working to customer and translate technical requirement in resource requirement (3+ years)
4. Hands on project delivery knowledge in Java technologies (5+ years exp). Includes J2EE- Oracle PL-SQL.
5. Should have good knowledge Spring, Struts, Hibernate. Aware of RDBMS concepts.
6. Should have good knowledge of front end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, css, PHP, Python, Ruby, Spring MVC
7. Should have good knowledge of mobile technologies iOS/Android
8. Aware of testing methodologies
9. Experience in SDLC processes/project management
10. Experience working in a large corporate enterprise
11. Experience conducting interviews for recruitment
 
 
Responsibilities
1. Work with customer to understand technical requirements
2. Translate technical requirement to resource requirements
3. Work with recruitment team to screen resumes and conduct first round interviews
4. Interact with offshore India team for 2nd round interviews
5. Present to selected resources to customer and co-ordinate in customer selection process 举报 分享
