Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data and system related CSS operations (manual data import and export, data cleansing and administration, ad hoc queries, custom reports, etc.)
- Combining CDB, Siebel and Oracle Business Intelligence expertise (power-user level)
- Acting as interface towards IT organization
- Data mining and operations:
- Data mining on consumer database, assessing trends and patterns in consumer behavior and expectations
- Generate ad hoc CSS reports to NSC and other stakeholders
- Extract data out of Business Objects upon request
- Extract target lists out of Siebel and provide to central and local fulfillment partners - upon request or according to predefined campaign schedule
- Manual import and export of data into CRM system
- Coordinate non-resolved data load errors with relevant parties (NSC, CRM support, fulfillment partners)
Requirements:
- Basic business understanding of core CRM processes
- Advanced Siebel user (power-user level) preferred
- Advanced user of CDB and related CDB tools (power-user level)-to be trained by our client
- Advanced user of Business Objects preferred
- Experienced in data mining
- College diploma or above, with major in Statistics preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good at EXCEL and other MS OFFICE software
- Good Data Mining knowledge
