工作内容
支持所有行政工作，包括：接听筛选电话，购买机票，预订酒店和用车，安排会议室，协调保洁人员，收发快递，更新通讯录，文件分发；
管理文具用品，联系供应商预订和采购，并负责分发；
保持大厅和办公环境的整洁美观；
协助文件的整理归档，例如开支证明、付款凭证、办公设备管理及维修单。
协调管理各类后勤供应商，做好例如收集、核对、跟进付款流程、保管付款凭证等事宜。
