Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for audio new feature development and audio module maintenance for Polycom’s voice/video conferencing products, and will work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea audio algorithm team to contribute to Polycom’s diverse products development.
  
1. Evaluating/Raising KPIs of audio algorithm for new and existing products
2. Improving audio performance of new and existing products.
3. Research, design, and prototype audio subsystems for new products
4. Tracking audio technologies of the state-of-art and apply them to Polycom products to improve overall user experience
  
Requirements:
1. Master Degree or high level in audio signal processing or acoustics.
2. 5+ year industrial experience in audio technologies, specifically in audio algorithm.
3. Familiar with most VQE technology, including but not limited to AEC, AGC, Noise reduction, EQ, de-reverberation, etc.
4. Familiar with and able to apply the technology of Microphone Array signal processing to the product will be better.
5. Efficient delivery.
6. Good development and learning capability.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent English skills, both in written and oral.
8. Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities.
9. Driven, creative and result oriented.
  
Technical Skills:
1. Strong theoretical background in audio processing.
2. In-depth knowledge on DSP and optimizations.
3. 1+ year’s development experience under Linux/Unix environment. 举报 分享
