- To work closely with Group HR Manager;
- Communicate to employees, support on identifying needs for policies and coordinate with local HR team
- Conduct training needs analysis; to assist GHRM to facilitate training programs; Coordinate with training and external vendors on training programs delivery
- To support GHRM to manage recruiting channel and CV screening, interview arrangement.
- Liaise with local HR for information sharing, collaboration and alignment
- Work with HR function owners (such as Compensation& Benefits, Learning and Development etc) in the design and improvement of policies and practices in order to enhance employee engagement and minimize risk
- Team Assistant
- Performing clerical duties, such as:
Preparing reports or documents
Preparing presentations and announcements
Organizing & maintaining paper and electronic files
Scheduling appointments/meetings and contact with outsiders
- Act as one of HR representative to support necessary HR administrative works in Beijing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent. Science background is preferred. Human Resources Management discipline is a plus but not necessary. Oversea learning and working experience is preferred. Certified facilitator is a plus. Some exposure and knowledge in Coaching is a plus.
- HR Executive requires 2 years and above HR related experiences in one specific area.
- MNC working experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both English and Chinese;
- Time management and control, proactive is must;
- Independent and outgoing personality, patient and result –driven
- Resilient creative and passionate;
