职位描述：

主要职责:

· 损伤调查：

？ 负责调查在组织实施汽车道路救援服务过程中造成的车辆损伤情况，并在指定时间内给出客观的责任结论。

？ 与公司服务商、汽车经销商以及客户进行损伤案件的沟通以期达成一致。

？ 发现必要的线索（如图片、文件等），能够分析案件情况，确定损伤责任。

？ 根据损伤调查情况以及相应的取证，判断汽车代理商提供的维修方案是否合理。

？ 如需支付赔偿费用，应采取必要措施向车主进行反馈，并负责与服务商协商以及向管理层确认维修费用预算。

？ 与质量分析专员紧密配合，并为解决损伤案件提供最有效的建议。

· 损伤总结：

？ 负责总结损伤案件中服务商或救援协调员常见的技术失误或操作，给出专业的技术指导。

？ 负责将技术方面的指导总结成相应的材料提供给救援协调员和服务商学习。

？ 在损伤案件调查中给管理层提供有效的谈判和判断依据。

基本要求:

· 善于与人沟通，承受压力，解决冲突。

· 有在品牌4S店不少于3年的服务经验，且最好熟悉如下工作：

？ 有在维修车间做机电或车身修理的工作经验

？ 善长倾听客户服务需求，并清楚的解释维修质量信息。

？ 预估维修费用及时间，并参照客户的时间安排。

？ 处理客户投诉并维持较高的客户满意度。

？ 有事故车维修保险定损的工作经验。

· 掌握Excel、Word等办公软件。

· 有在授权经销商担任过机电、车身维修顾问的优先
