职位名称Position Title: Advance Quality Engineer/前期质量工程师
工作地点Location: 嘉定
直接汇报对象/Report directly to: Quality account manager/客户质量经理

职位目标综述：
Take responsibility for new program Quality assurance (APQP) through launch for designated customers.

? 主要职责-列出主要工作任务Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
？ Contact person as delegated project to customer SQE/STA responsible;
？ Ensure the lessons & learned and IRS standard implement to design phase;
？ Participate D/PFMEA team to reduce the risk;
？ Work out and ensure the Control Plan is implemented during project development phase;
？ Define the Measuring Planning for new development project;
？ Define (Develop) the roofs Gauge and execute the Gauge R&R before hand-over to operation team;
？ Take lead to review, analyze and organize the Open Issue List with corrective action plan during program phase;
？ Ensure the all deliveries meet each Gate Milestone maturity requirement;
？ Define the containment plan for each roof buildup phase; (From Gate B to Gate D)
？ Be responsible to customer PPAP/PSW approval for development phase;
？ Close out customer quality issues
？ Achieve IMDS customer approval
关键任职资格Key Competencies:

学历与经验Education and Experience:

？ Bachelor degree or above, related to quality management,factory management or mechanical specialty related;
？ Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools (Fish bone chart, 8D, etc.)
？ Has strong analysis, problem solving skills
？ At least 3 years’ experience in automotive quality management. Candidate with advanced program quality experience is plus ;
