Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage existing key OEM accounts.
- Make Key OEM Account Managing Plan and set Goal
- Understanding customer demanding and customer’s production/market plan
- Align with Chevron relate departments to support and service customer from product / logistic / financial / technical and marketing point view
Develop OEM & Industrial business
- Select and analyses OEM & Industrial Lubricant business marketing information and pinpoint potential customers for approaching
- Co-develop OEM & Industrial potential opportunities with whole team
- Pipeline build up to each phase of sales process
- Initiative and implementation of marketing plans
Requirements:
- Like challenge and enjoy sales job, can bear of pressure of sales target, complain from customer, misunderstanding by other, good at handling urgent issue calmly
- Excellent planning skills to plan works and set down for mass tasks
- Excellent communication skills to better understanding customer demanding
- Maturity with significant business and social insight – In depth understanding of the trend of assigned OEM and industrial segments such as construction and manufacturing
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth in a very competitive market environment
- More than 2 years account management experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from university and mechanical engineering education preferred
- Proficiency in working level English and Chinese languages
