职位描述：
Part1: Demand& supply planning
Work with design team closely and positively, catch furniture changes/potential changes timely, to ensure a more accurate furniture forecast. 与设计团队保持紧密积极的合作关系，全面掌握品牌现在道具详细信息及更换信息；与设计和IP团队合作，在各自所负责的品类里执行计划策略。
Cooperated with design team to get shop open quantity forecast as accurate as possible. 从系统准确获取零售和项目店量，与负责的设计组长进行及时、全面的沟通，确认开店数量预测;
Accaculate the usage rate of furniture based on the anlysis on furniture consumption and historical new shops numbers, and make sure the usage rate of furniture be correct, reasonable and timely with the updated information from IP and Design team. 通过对道具消耗分析和历史开店量分析，完成道具使用率测算，并且确保从IP、设计组获得最新信息，及时、正确、合理的确定每月大订单使用的道具率。
Part2: Stock management
Follow the monthly procedure of stock management strictly, and complete monthly stock report. Negotiate with line manager and corporate brands on stock and execute positive and effective action to control it.严格遵循库存管理的月度流程，完成月度库存分析报告，向上级及合作品牌及时沟通库存情况，采取积极有效的行动以控制所负责品牌或品类的库存水平。 Work with IP team and Design team to find the solution on saving furniture consumption, and execute the solution to make reasonable consumption of furniture.积极与设计和IP团队合作寻找低消耗道具的消耗解决方案并监控执行，维持合适的低消耗道具水平。 Transmit the updated information of production situation from Design team, work closely with MDM, manage products status, and avoid order delay and overproduction of stocks及时传达设计组对于产品状态变化信息，与MDM团队密切合作，管理产品的状态，避免订单下达延误和库存呆滞。
Part3: Supplier management
Follow up the orders adn production status of suppliers. Make sure suppliers complete the big orders according to the big order request. Help Order team coordinate the emergency needs of new shops.及时跟踪订单和供应商生产状况，确保供应商按计划完成大订单生产；帮助订单组及时协调店铺紧急需求确保店铺的按时开业 ；
Make sure the effective communication with suppliers which was been responsible for, and find out the potential risks timely. Be familiar with production procedure, characteristic of suppliers. Make improvement plan to the supplier, and make sure it will be executed.对自己负责的供应商，确保与供应商有效的沟通，及时了解潜在问题和风险；熟悉供应商主要生产流程、供应商供应特性，对供应商出现的问题及时提出改进方案并贯彻执行。
Improve the capacity of suppliers by supplier evaluation, management items improvement and such management method.通过供应商评估、管理条款能力改进等管理机制提高供应商能力。 举报 分享
