职位描述：
? Work with Lam internal stakeholders to develop and release products to suppliers
? Drive the improvement of suppliers’ quality and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and supply continuity
? Act as technical lead for cross functional projects within the supply chain
? Audit the supplier quality management systems and drive improvement initiatives
? Define, review and improve Supplier’s Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), Supplier’s Quality Systems and Processes of Record (POR)
? Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis on suppliers related quality escalations
? Perform Program/Project and Supplier Management roles with emphasis on problem-solving analysis and improvements in manufacturing and test processes

Fabrication, machining, metal, quartz, ceramics

Qualifications
? Creative thinking and strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
? Solid understanding of various problem solving methodologies to include 8-D/5 why
? Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing engineering. At least 5 years of working in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry
? Solid understanding of statistical process control and basic statistical analysis used in production setting
? Solid understanding of equipment and component manufacturing processes
? Experience in supplier process development & quality management
? Experience in managing global and regional suppliers
? Systems engineering and integration and customer fab knowledge
? Project Management / Attentions to details
? Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Education
As a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred 举报 分享
