职位描述
职责
1. 根据产品团队的产品设计需求参与产品系统架构
2. 编写相关的程序代码以实现产品相关功能
3. 编制技术相关的文档
4. 参与产品代码的QA
要求
1. 本科及以上计算机相关学历
2. 至少3年及以上Java开发经验 (有数据挖掘分析 / 数据抓取技术经验优先)
3. 熟悉系统架构的重用，设计模式，具有较强的系统框架设计能力；
4. 熟悉Linux / Unix服务器；
5. 精通Apache/Tomcat的配置，部署,优化；
6. 精通Python和Java web项目的开发，精通Struts、Spring、Hibernate、Ajax等框架和MySQL 数据库；
7. 良好的沟通技能和团队合作能力，能够带领技术队伍解决开发过程中遇到的问题
8. 较强分析能力和故障排查能力

Requirements
1. Responsible for the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software application.
2. Evaluate and select alternative technical solutions for identified requirement with knowledge of J2EE application development.
3. Resolve technical issues and provide technical support.
4. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.
5. Assist PM to resolve any issue/conflicts within own set of projects
6. Achieve on time and quality project deliverables within PM assignment.
7. Keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.
Responsibilities
1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
2. At least 3 years related working experience with strong java skills.
(Data Capture / Data mining experience is highly preferred.)
3. Have experience in performing software analysis and design.
4. Very good understanding of the software life cycle development process.
5. Must be well versed in Software development analysis and design (UML).
6. Must have strong technical background in Python, J2EE (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Web service) and MySQL.
7. Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.
8. Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
9. Good team-work spirit.
