岗位职责
1. 根据组织研发战略,负责编制软件测试计划,选择合适的测试工具,按时完成测试报告,保证测试工作的顺利进行。
2. 根据部门发展规划以及市场相关需求,搭建测试环境,编写测试方案,负责对方案可能出现的问题进行分析和评估,保证部门工作效率得到提高。
3. 根据部门的具体计划,利用测试工具按照测试方案和流程对产品进行功能和性能测试,检查产品是否有缺陷,性能是否稳定,保证产品质量,提高客户满意度。
4. 根据部门研发政策,指导软件测试工程师进行测试用例设计,从而保证软件测试工作的顺利进行,并协助指导解决相关技术问题。
5. 负责制定公司软件产品测试总体规划,和开发及实施人员建立良好的沟通纽带,协助产品完善
6. 根据系统需求编写测试计划、测试用例、测试规范,执行测试并编写测试报告等
7. 通过自动化测试工具,执行自动化测试和自动化补丁集回归测试,对软件进行逻辑测试和产品验证测试
8. 分析问题所在并进行准确定位和验证BUG,填写并递交报告;外部发现BUG的手工测试、自动化管理
9. 根据测试案例编写自动化测试脚本,测试程序
10. 对需求文档、设计文档进行验证和分析、评审
11. 对项目组其他人员测试管理工具使用和基本测试流程进行培训


任职条件

1. 5年以上软件测试工作经验
2. 较强的软件测试计划、测试方案制定能力
3. 良好的沟通能力,能与产品经理,开发组长,实施工程师等多方人员协调沟通
4. 有软件开发、测试脚本编写经验或IT互联网公司经验者优先
5. 具有良好的团队合作精神,强烈的责任心和上进心,学习和适应能力强
6. 具有良好的组织领导能力及沟通协调能力
7. 熟练掌握软件各种测试理论和测试技术、测试生命周期。掌握软件测试流程、规范,并能够根据具体的情况制定合理的流程、规范,进行推进,改进测试工作效率和质量
8. 熟练使用功能测试、性能测试、压力测试和测试管理工具
9. 具有丰富的产品测试经验,能够独立进行测试计划、设计、执行、评估
10. 有较强的学习能力和主动性,责任心强,有事业心,有良好的团队合作精神和严谨的工作态度
11. 优秀的文字及良好的文档编写能力,很强的分析能力和表达能力,具有很强的总协调能力,且能有效解决问题。

Job Description:
Job responsibilities
1. R & D strategy based organization responsible for the development of software test plan, select the appropriate test tools, test reports completed on time, to ensure the smooth progress of testing.
2. According to sector development plans and market-related needs, set up a test environment, writing test programs, the program may be responsible for the analysis of the issues and assessment, to ensure that departments improve efficiency.
3. According to sector-specific plans, in accordance with the test program using test tools and processes for product functionality and performance testing to check whether the product is defective, the stability of performance, ensure product quality, improve customer satisfaction.
4. According to sector R & D policy to guide test engineers to test software designed to ensure the smooth progress of software testing, and to help guide the resolution of related technical problems.
5. Responsible for overall planning software product testing, and implementation of staff development and to establish a good communication link to help improve product
6. Written test plan based on system requirements, test cases, test specifications, execute tests and write test reports.
7. Through automated testing tools, testing and implementation of automated regression testing automated patch set, the logic of software testing and product validation testing.
8. Analysis of the problem and accurately locate and verify BUG, fill out and submit the report; external manual test found BUG, automated management.
9. According to the test case writing automated test scripts, test procedures.
10. Of the requirements document, design document verification and analysis, evaluation.
11. Other personnel on the project team used the test management tools and basic test procedures for training.

Conditions:
1. 5 years experience in software testing.
2. Strong software test plans, test program development capability.
3. Good communication skills, with product managers, development team leader, coordinating the implementation of engineers and other multi-staff communication.
4. Software development, test script writing experience or IT experience is preferred.
5. Have a good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, ability to learn and adapt.
6. Good communication and organizational leadership and coordination.
7. Proficiency in a variety of software testing theory and test technology, test life cycle. Master the software testing process, specifications, and be able to establish reasonable according to the specific process, specification, to promote and improve the efficiency and quality testing
8. Skilled use of functional testing, performance testing, stress testing and test management tools
9. Has extensive experience in product testing, can be tested independently to plan, design, implementation, evaluation.
10. Strong learning ability and initiative, strong sense of responsibility, ambitious, good team spirit and serious working attitude
11. Excellent written text and well-documented ability, strong analytical ability and communication skills, with strong overall coordination, and can effectively solve the problem.
