职位描述：
主要职责：
1、配合公司设计影视基金的产品组合、框架、可执行方案等；
2、基金产品的项目路演；
3、对公司提供的电影项目产品包与发行渠道进行无缝对接；
4、对投资的电影电视剧项目进行风险评估；
5、负责进行政策与市场行业的研究与分析；
6、负责拓展项目来源，储备项目资源；
7、负责股权投资业务的开发、分析、调研、投资管理和退出全过程业务；
8、负责开发投资项目，与潜在投资目标进行沟通，协调好各方资源，负责项目按时、高质量完成；
9、负责公司投资项目的投后管理、投资退出等工作。

任职条件：
1、重点院校本科学历起，影视传媒专业或有CFA证书者优先，有影视公司、投资公司、基金公司5年以上法务工作从业经历经验优先；
2、在银行、金融公司、私募/公募基金公司、证券公司产品部3年以上工作经历；
3、熟练操作过2个以上影视文化类基金产品；
4、对影视文化产业有很熟的认知，和一定的人脉资源。
