Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Rehab Specialist to join our Greater China clinical department located in Beijing or Shanghai. Reporting to Clinical Manager of China, this role support Greater China business development, rehabilitation support should be delivered to rehabilitation teachers and parents in South of China.
Rehabilitation specialist will responsible for planning and implementation national rehabilitation support, organize training seminar, provide training and develop rehabilitation resources. This will have direct impact to new sales generating and patients’ outcome.

Key Requirements
Minimum:
Qualifications, background experience, knowledge, organizational knowledge, knowledge of other business activities, skills etc.
? Relevant tertiary qualifications/experiences in Speech Language Pathology or Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist
? Minimum 3 years experiences working with children / families birth to 5 years in an auditory based early intervention program.
? Appropriate written and spoken English skill and excellent Mandarin language skill.
? Experience in presenting using multimedia technology.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
? Attention to detail and deadlines
? Customer service orientation
? High level of energy and drive to achieve business outcomes
? Relationship building
? Comfortable with extensive travel
