工作内容：

- 了解技术事业部及各个部门的业务目标及相关职责和目前各部门正在运行的工作流程；
- 检查当前流程的运营状况；
- 设计对目前各部门工作流程的整改方案包括具体的衡量指标；
- 监控各部门流程运营的状况并提交各部门流程的运营报告；
- 根据公司业务的变化及时更新各部门相关工作流程文档，并及时归档；
- 维护各部门文档管理系统。

应聘条件：

- 本科或以上学历，计算机信息系统等相关专业为佳；
- 了解IT或软件行业的工作流程，至少拥有3年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟悉软件开发流程及软件项目管理；
- 挚信成熟，果敢坚韧，拥有优秀的项目团队管理能力，人际沟通能力，和人员管理能力；
- 乐观积极，突破进取，勇于面对挑战，适应高压力的工作，以结果为导向，责任心强；能非常独立且创造性的解决问题；
- 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通表达能力；

Position: Process QA Engineer

Job Role:

- Understand well about the team responsibilities and current internal operation processes in different function teams;
- Review and assess current operation processes;
- Improve current operation processes by meeting business targets against team responsibilities;
- Design the processes monitor system and regular audit system of operation processes;
- Deliver regular audit report to senior management and give improvement solutions;
- Continuous update the processes related documents against business change and Manage each team document systems;

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or other relevant subjects from a top university.
- Experience in IT or Software Operation Process Management;
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledgeable in engineering theory, and familiar with software development life cycle and project management (PMP).
- Have at least 3 years practical experience in process quality assurance work.
- Experience in successfully leading a process improvement project within a company will be a big advantage.
- Expert in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation.
- Good leadership skills with good sense of team spirit and cooperation.
