职位名称：产品运维工程师

你将成为CIC的社会化商业平台(IWOMmaster)的守护者， 确保平台的正常运行。

工作职责：

- 对产品和服务的软件系统的正常运行进行监控，确保第一时间发现系统运行的问题
- 能够对产品和服务的软件环境进行配置和管理，在监控发现问题后，能够尽快处理
- 根据客户需要调整系统运行参数和优先级，满足服务要求
- 定期制作产品运维报告，描述产品运行状态和趋势，并识别出可能的风险
- 针对运维中发现的问题以及客户反馈的问题，进行分析和归类，定位到可能存在问题的环节，并寻求解决方案支持

应聘条件：

- 大学专科或以上学历，二年以上工作经验
- 熟悉Linux，MySQL基本操作
- 熟练使用java，php或者python中任意一种语言
- 有比较强的学习能力，做事条理清晰
- 有良好的文档撰写和管理能力

Position: Product Operation Engineer

You will be the guardians of our social business platform (IWOMmaster). Ensure the smooth operation of this platform.

Job Role:

- Monitor the status of product software system, able to identify the issues in the system as soon as possible.
- Able to setup product environment, adjust the configuration and handle the problems revealed in monitoring
- Based on service requirement adjust the software configuration, performance and priority
- Write status report of products to describe the trends and risks in the system
- Able to perform first round analysis for issues from clients and seek solution support.

Requirement:

- At least one year related work experience
- Be familiar with Linux，MySQL
- Be familiar with java，php or python
- Well organized and good learner
- Good at both writing and managing documents
