Job Description:



Costing analysis

· To perform monthly closing process including costing related adjustment, Variable/Period burden, overheads actual expenses trued-up.

· Normal/abnormal expenses analysis

· To perform P&L analysis to obtain financial result bar analysis comparing with previous month.

· To keep solid analysis on JV's std cost and actual cost to determine transfer price with agreed method

· To perform inventory accounts Reconciliation

· To perform internal control guildance under SOX requirements and other CN required controls

Financial Analysis

Preparation of any type of analysis reports for Board meeting use or other internal party requirements


Qualification:



Qualifications/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of experience and formal education

· CPA or equivalent is preferred

· Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

· Good bookkeeping and accounting skills.

· Experience in multi country financial background would be preferred.

Key competencies:

· Solid knowledge and experience in costing processes and understanding the interdependencies with other finance processes.

· Skilled evaluating requests from Business Units

· Ability to obtain and summarize information to support leaders in making financially sound business decisions

· Ability to produce reliable data, accurate analyses and on time to support business goals and objectives

· Ability to accomplish tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to gather information and accurately identify the causes of problems in work processes

· Excellent communication skills (English, written and spoken)

· Team-focused

· Quick adaptability to change

General Attributes:

· ERP system knowledge preferred

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Good interpersonal skills.
