研发经理（自然语言分析）
复杂多变的社会化媒体的语言环境是对计算机自然语言分析最大的挑战，你将面对这个挑战，带领研发团队发挥你们的自然语言分析能力以及想象力，让计算机更懂中国的社会化媒体语言
工作内容：
- 研究，设计和开发针对中文社会化媒体内容的自然语言分析技术
- 自然语言分析挖掘引擎的项目规划，设计管理以及研发
- 参与制定公司自然语言研究以及应用方向及战略
应聘条件：
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历
- 具有4年以上自然语言分析相关的研发经验， 具备相当的自然语言分析理论知识
- 精通Java语言， 熟练使用Linux系统
- 很强的逻辑分析能力及学习能力
- 强烈的责任感，能够承受压力
- 能熟练阅读英文学术资料
- 具备良好的沟通以及文档能力

Position: R&D Manager (Natural Language Process)
Chinese language is a big challenge for computer natural language process. It’ll be even more challenging for Chinese Social Media language. Here you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team to face this challenge. Let computers to better understand Chinese social media language.
Job Role:
- Research, Design and development natural language process engine for Chinese social media language
- Plan and mange natural language process projects
- Plan and design natural language process technology research and development direction and strategy
Requirement:
- Bachelor or above computer science or related degree
- 4 years or above natural language process related research and development experience. Good knowledge of NLP theory
- Great java coding skill, comfortable working with Linux
- Good self learning capability
- Good team work spirit, good communication skill, and documentation skill
- Good problem analysis and solving skill. Willing to take challenges.
