复杂多变的社会化媒体的语言环境是对计算机自然语言分析最大的挑战，你将面对这个挑战，发挥你的自然语言分析能力以及想象力，让计算机更懂中国的社会化媒体语言

工作内容：

- 研究和设计自然语言分析算法， 以实现相应的业务要求
- 设计并且开发可以商业化运作的自然语言分析模块， 并且集成到我们的产品中去

应聘条件：

- 计算机本科及以上学历
- 具有3年以上Java开发经验， 2年以上的算法开发经验
- 扎实的数据结构和算法功底
- 熟悉机器学习方面的知识，理解常用的机器学习算法
- 熟悉中文分词，新词发现，语义消歧的一些基本算法

Position: Java Engineer (Natural Language Process)

Chinese language is a big challenge for computer natural language process. It’ll be even more challenging for Chinese Social Media language. Here you’ll have the opportunity to face this challenge. Let computers to better understand Chinese social media language.

Job Role:

- Research, Design and development natural language process engine for Chinese social media language
- Design and implement commercial NLP engine, and integrate with our products


Requirement:

- Bachelor or above computer science or related degree
- 3 years or above java coding skill, 2 years or above algorithm development experience
- Great knowledge about data structure and algorithm
- Have good knowledge about machine learning, under common machine learning algorithm
- Have good knowledge about Chinese keyword segmentation, new keyword identification etc.
