职位描述
Position: 人事经理
工作职责:
1. 根据公司战略发展长远规划,分析和把握公司现实人力资源状况,通过组织对人力资源数量、质量和结构的分析,对人力资源战略发展规划提出建议;
2. 根据招聘计划,拟定招聘方案,组织、实施招聘,建立并完善重点岗位的面试题库及不断总结优化适合企业发展的甄选技术,不断提升招聘效率及招聘满意度;
3. 负责对岗位进行分析与评价,并依此确定每个岗位的等级、制作岗位说明书,并对各类岗位进行胜任力分析,定出每个岗位的胜任力素质模型,并不断完善;
4. 积极拓宽招聘渠道,安排和执行具体的招聘信息发布、初选、部门面试、复试、录用通知等工作,保证招聘工作的质量和有序开展,实现公司阶段性的人力资源招聘计划;
5. 参与并执行公司年度绩效考核;
6. 负责公司企业文化建设;
7. 负责管理外国人就业证、居留许可证等事务
8. 参与其他人事行政部门工作等。
Responsibility
- Set up the strategy planning the objective of supporting individual and organizational growth within the overall HR Business Plan
- Create company strategic recruitment planning and recruit candidates to fill company needs and to develop a talent pool
- Interviews and profiles candidate, conducts background and reference checks, and performs related recruiting and sourcing functions
- Set up various recruitment channels and conduct various recruiting cases, like Job fair, campus recruiting
- Develop and manage consistent application of HR policies, practices and procedures, assuring compliance with government laws and regulations.
- Support to design and administer performance appraisal systems that effectively link individual performance and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement employee communications plans that support corporate culture while focusing on business objectives, priorities and results.
- Expatriate relocation arrangement including: visa, working permits, residence permits, and related service support
- Responsible for the delivery of a full range of human resources services.
- Other duties as required by supervisor.
职位要求:
? 人力资源或管理类专业,本科以上学历;
? 三年以上高科技企业或咨询行业人力资源管理及行政管理工作经验;
? 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和较丰富的实践经验,对人力资源战略规划、人才的招募、培训、薪酬体系设计、绩效管理、员工职业生涯设计等具有丰富的实践经验;
? 具有很强的组织协调能力,擅长与员工沟通及协调关系;
? 具有丰富的组织大型活动的经验;
? 公正、严谨、敬业,能接受高强度的工作,主观能动性强,工作态度积极乐观。
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above with Human Resource or business management education background
? 3 years or above HR/Administration work experience in high-tech or consulting companies
? Good understanding about Human Resource management and have ability to make strategic HR plan, recruit employees, design welfare system, KPI management, career management, etc
? Strong organizational skill, and is good at communication with employees
? Experience in organizing company events
? Positive and professional attitudes towards work
? Ability to work under pressure with strong ownership and sense of responsibility
