职位描述

Position: 高级人事专员(高级招聘专员)

工作职责:

1. 根据公司战略发展规划,协助人事经理制定并执行公司整体招聘策略和年度计划,完成招聘任务;
2. 不断拓展和维护各种招聘渠道,以提高招聘效率;
3. 组织和策划年度校园宣讲活动;
4. 负责张贴招聘广告,简历甄别和招聘测试、面试、筛选、背景调查等;
5. 协助高级人事经理编制和更新岗位说明书,以确保为岗位招聘提供准确的岗位信息;
6. 建立并维护公司人才库,每周准时、准确地提供招聘报表;
7. 外国人就业证、居留许可证的办理
8. 参与其他人事行政部门工作

Responsibility

1. In accordance with HR development needs of the company, implement recruitment plan, set up talent pool
2. Set up various recruitment channels and conduct various recruiting cases, like Job fair, campus recruiting
3. Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc
4. Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality
5. Updating recruitment tracking data and preparation of ad-hoc employee reports weekly
6. Assist departmental manager to design and update the Job Descriptions and competency requirement according to the company development, ensure the Job Descriptions in line with the actual implement, evaluate the competency regularly
7. Expatriate relocation arrangement including: visa, working permits, residence permits, and related service support
8. Any other duties within HR department that may be necessary due to changes in work flow or processes


任职资格:
1. 本科(含)以上学历,英语六级以上水平,具备熟练的听说读写能力;
2. 熟悉互联网行业或研究咨询行业的招聘流程,在相关行业2年以上招聘经验;
3. 具有很强的组织协调能力,擅长与员工沟通及协调关系;
4. 能承受压力,乐于接受挑战
5. 工作主观能动性强,工作态度积极乐观。
6. 具有劳动法律法规基本知识

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Good writing and spoken communication skills both in English and Chinese
3. Be familiar with IT or consultant industry, as least 2 years experience in recruiting function
4. Good interpersonal, communication, problem solve and team spirit
5. Working experience in a fast-paced, cross-cultural international company is preferred
6. Familiar with labor law and relevant local regulations and master good skills to deal with HR activities
