Position: Research & Development Director

Here you will be leading our research and development team, handling billions of data. Using different technology including data collection, text mining, data analytics and distributed system to support our social business application

Job Role:

Team management, defining management system, planning organization structure and developing team
R&D strategy planning and implementation
Lead key projects and achieve project target


Requirement:

Be passionate about internet and strong motivation on self development and learning
Bachelor or above computer science or related degree
5 years or above coding experience
Great knowledge of at least one technology from data collection, text mining, data analysis, and distributed system
Great logical thinking capability. Be good at analyze problem and define right resolution
Good team work spirit and team leadership, good communication skill with both technical team and non-technical team,
and documentation skill.
Good strategically planning capability

计算机或相关专业本科以上学历
具有5年以上互联网或软件行业工作经验
对数据采集， 自然语言分析， 数据分析， 分布式系统技术中的至少一种技术能够精通掌握
良好的逻辑思维能力， 善于分析问题并且制定解决方案
良好的团队合作精神以及领导力，较强的沟通能力以及文档能力， 能够和业务团队以及非技术团队进行良好的沟通
