职位描述：
1、协助总经理开展市场企划、销售管理以及经销商渠道管理等工作；
2、接受总经理领导，对总经理负责；
3、协助总经理落实公司企业文化、企业战略发展规划；
4、协助总经理制定媒体项目战略计划及各阶段工作目标分解；
5、协助总经理制定、贯彻落实公司各项经营发展战略、计划，实现公司经营管理目标；
6、在总经理领导下负责公司具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
7、协助总经理做好经营服务及跟踪公司目标达成进展情况，提供分析意见及改进建议；
8、负责总经理办公室的公文办理，解决来信、来访事宜，及时处理并向总经理汇报；
9、协助总经理管理与监督各部门工作，协调各部门关系，使总经理的各项决议贯彻落实，做到上传下达；
10负责各种会议记要、备忘录及其他文件的整理、打印、分发、归档、保管等工作；公司内其他部门或者外界报送上司的各种会议记要、备忘录及其他文件和信函的呈送、处理、归档等工作；
11、参加由总经理组织召开的行政例会以及其他会议，做好会议记录，了解各项决定的执行情况并及时反馈信息；
12、协助总经理进行大客户的跟踪工作以及后期客户维护工作；
13、落实总经理交办的其他工作事宜。


任职要求:
1.市场营销、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.具有门窗幕墙行业经验；
3.具备较强的创新意识和主动的工作态度；
4.品行端正，忠诚，极强的责任心、事业心；
5.熟练应用office等办公软件；
6.极强的领悟能力，对于领导下达的命令贯彻执行；
7.有较强的社交能力、公关思维、熟悉公文写作及较强的文字功底；
8.具备严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；
9.具备良好的沟通协调能力及对紧急事情处理解决能力；
10.执行能力佳，能承受较大工作压力；能够独立处理总经理交办的事物；

Beijing Junhao Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd was founded with 10 million RMB in June of 2010.Its main work scope is varies of manufacturing and selling all kinds of high level doors & windows,contract curtain wall projects, selling hardware & accessories and construction materials, at the same time, it provides technical consultation,and works on the trade of import and export. During the founding early time, it main works on the curtain wall project installation and fixing,and in the early year of 2013, it developed with doors & windows into the market and begin to work on the manufacturing of doors and window for our clients.Nowadays, the company with a name is Beijing Junhao Zhuzhong Intelligent doors & Windows engineering Co., Ltd that acquired with Beijing Derway Window company and the registered capital was increased to 25.8 million RMB. All of these action because we had enlarged the doors and windows manufacture scales.In early 2015, we found the JH Group Co., Ltd in Seattle of Washington state, North of America and main works on the trade of import and export.And in August of 2015, we brought a new type glass, which with intelligent and energy saving function together. Nowadays, we are becoming the industry leader of the intelligent doors & windows in China.
As far as now, there are two manufacture base that located in Shunyi district and Tongzhou district of Beijing, and the total area is around 35 thousand square meters and the plant area is around 15 thousand square meters.The headquarter is in Shunyi District where is main on the work of manage,develop & research and manufacturing the high level doors & windows products. While Tongzhou is main on the work of manufacturing the middle level products of wood & aluminum composite doors & windows and aluminum alloy doors & windows.
