职责范围：
-计划并执行所有网络SEO/SEM、营销数据库、电子邮箱、社交媒体、展示广告；
-设计、建立并维护社交媒体形象；
-对所有数字营销活动的效果进行评估和报告 （ROI、KPI）；
-识别潮流、提供见解， 根据见解优化开销和表现；
-提供新的创新增长策略；
-通过多种渠道和客户接触点利用强有力的分析能力评估终端客户体验；
-评估新型技术。适当地提供思想领导和见解；
-研究并评估与各种网站和应用的合作可能性；
-辅助贸易管理和客户活动；
-创作营销材料，如海报、图册等。

-中国人；
-懂行业英语（和/或 法语）；
-营销专业、汉语专业、或相关专业本科学历；

-会Photoshop；
-会视频编辑软件；

Le Ponty Wines, Chinese branch of the Ponty winery in Bordeaux, is looking for a marketing assistant.
If you are a digital native, creative and organized, we want to talk with you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You must be interested in working for a small, fast-paced company, with a small portfolio of quality products.
 

Responsibilities will include:
-Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
-Design, build and maintain our social media presence
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize based on the insights
-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
-Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide and perspective for adoption where appropriate
-Research and evaluate viability of partnership with various websites and apps.
-Assist with the organization of trade and consumer events
-Creating marketing materials such as posters, brochures etc.

Requirements:
-Native Chinese
-Professional knowledge of English (and/or French)
-Bachelor degree in Marketing, Chinese language, or similar
-Working experience in digital marketing is appreciated but young graduates and /or part-time are welcome to apply.
-Good knowledge of Chinese social networks. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Photoshop
-Video editing software
-Hard working, curious, independent and motivated
-Knowledge of wine appreciated but not required
-Willing to travel
