Department:Marketing Department
Purpose of Job: To be responsible for planning & execution of communication plan and PR events for the development.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
To assist the Assistant Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Officer to:
? Plan and develop the PR & communications plan for the development;
? Develop and maintain digital marketing tools and run official social media platforms including Weibo and WeChat. Study and explore new SNS channels.
? Organize PR events and communications projects;
? Prepare Marketing promotion, advertising and PR materials;
? Enhance, arrange for and monitor press coverage;
? Manage the service agency (if any).
Major Tasks and Activities:
? Day to day management & organisation of press coverage and clippings;
? Maintain owned communication channels including Weibo, WeiChat, Website, etc.;
? Develop Marketing communications and PR materials e.g. press release, promotion information and corporate communications’ materials
? Organise PR events and activities, press follow-up efforts and coverage evaluation;
? Maintain an effective media pool.
? Assist to cope with crisis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
? University graduates in journalism or communications;
? Minimum 2 years relevant experience in PR or communications field; preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping centre marketing experience is an advantage;
? Creative, detail-oriented, & independent;
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
? Good media relations;
? Willing to work efficiently under pressure and irregular working hours;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, Cantonese is an advantage;
? Proficient PC & MS Office software knowledge. 举报 分享
