Key Tasks & Responsibilities
? Organization Development
o Evaluate and understand organization strategic direction, can recommend and facilitate the implementation of appropriate organization development solutions
o Support, coach and advise business managers in relation to best practice human resource management
o Actively participate, drive and support business improvement processes
o Align Group company culture with local environment culture
? Employee Development
o Align Organization and Employee Development initiatives by ensuring that appropriate systems are implemented to enable employee continuous learning and development
o Conducts gap analyses and collaborate with Learning and Development to ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated functional teams.
? Recruitment
o Attracting and recruiting new talent into the company according to the growth plan
o Implement recruitment processes to ensure that the skill set employed is in line with the long term business strategy
? HR Administration
o Create and implement best practice Human Resources processes
o HR-Management procedures and Administration (Payroll)
o Advise on appropriate company incentive schemes
? Compliance & Ethics
o Ensure that CRH companies are compliant with CRH Compliance & Ethics policies; support the implementation and training where necessary.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
? The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives
? Proven knowledge and practical application of Chinese HR practices and employment laws
? Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
? Will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment for all employees
? Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
? Fluent in English (Both on spoken and Written)
