This position is for one of our leading MNC automotive clients.

Function/BU
? Marketing

Objectives of the Position
? To develop toolkits and provide guidance on national marketing activities, rollout on dealer level via effective communication with regionsm ensuring the key marketing information delivery.
? To overall manage all creative asest of product communication and central platform for dealer’s usage.
Task & Responsibilities
? Overall planning to transfer central marketing ATL/BTL to dealer level communications.
- Quarterly marketing guideline
- Product launch guideline
- Central Launch Event/ Experiential Platform guideline
- Central Sponsorship and Sports Marketing guideline
- Seasonality campaign guideline
- Other ad-hoc guidelines
? Central resource allocation among regions based on marketing needs and sales performance and monitor regional implementation of central platform
- Media coverage
- Central BTL recruitment quota allocation
- Auto show allocation
- Other central marketing resources
? Organize regular meeting and conference from central to regional marketing to ensure transparent and effective communication, e.g. regular meeting, dealer conference
Qualification
? Education
- Undergraduate and Graduate degree candidates preferred, or equivalent in:
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Mass Communication
- Public Relations
- Business Administration
- Business Management
? Experience
- Marketing or related 4A experience 3 yrs or above
- Automotive Industry experience 3 yrs or above
- Retail Marketing Experience are preferred
? Special Knowledge and Other Skills
- Familiar with basic dealership related knowledge
- Project management experience
- Product knowledge and quick response to market
