Main Responsibilities

-Planning website marketing program of activities, and enhance the implementation of complete marketing objectives.
策划网站营销活动方案，并推进执行，完成营销目标
-Responsible for product promotion planning activities.
负责产品推广的活动策划；
-Enhance brand reputation and awareness among digital users through all kinds of social media.
负责通过维护和管理各类网络媒体和社交媒体平台提升品牌美誉度和知名度;
-Responsible for various social media platforms (Weibo, Wechat, Website, BBS, etc.), creating social strategies and campaigns to connect and integrate products into social platforms.
负责管理与维护各类网络社交媒体平台（包含但不限于微博、微信、官方网站、论坛等），在了解品牌产品基础上，制定社交媒体推广策略和活动并合理运用产品特性将产品推广到网络平台;
-Conceiving innovative, interesting and efficient social engagement content for marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and purchase.
构思创新的、有趣的且行之有效的网络社交媒体活动进行市场促销或大型活动的推广，推动知名度和购买力的提升;
-.Integrate social media and initiatives our marketing plans to maximize the effectiveness of our investments and consumer connection.
利用社交媒体整策划所有的市场活动，力争将资源的投入最大化从而获得更多的消费者接触和关注。
-Team organize and department work assignment
-团队领导及部门工作开展。

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

-Bachelor`s degree in marketing or relevant major.
本科学历，市场营销或相关专业；
-At least 5 years’ experience in marketing communication department in baby products,fashion and luxury, FMCG, lifestyle media or advertising agency is preferred.
5年以上从事市场营销或品牌宣传方面的工作经验，具有品牌市场运营及婴童行业，时尚奢侈品、生活方式类媒体或广告公司任职经验者优先；
-Social Media Marketing knowledge.
对网络社交媒体有所了解和认知。
-Search Engine Marketing experience (Baidu and Google China).
对网络搜索引擎功能及管理优化有所了解。
-E-commerce knowledge.
对电子商务平台有所认知及了解。
-Strategic and innovative thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
善于战略性和创新性地思考，具备分析问题和解决问题的能力
-Ability to comfortably communicate in English (written/oral)
能用英语（书面/口语）沟通
-Oversea education and working experience is preferred
-有海外教育及工作经验背景优先。
