Job Description Summary

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS related field with a strong focus on Safety. 10 Years EHS construction management experience.
- Strong core competencies and technical understanding of Environmental and Safety programs- Demonstrated leadership of completing complex projects on time and within budget with world class safety and quality performance
- Disciplined and Data driven with strong attention to details- Extensive experience in effectively working with 3rd parties and construction EHS firms
- Strong leadership, influencing and people skills to enable high performing teams- Job is located in Dalian China and directly reports to the Manager of Construction Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse groups of people and synergize highly functioning teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain healthy customer and supplier relationships.
- Strong and demonstrated ability to influence organization and people outside of a direct reporting structure.
- Experience/history driving regular program reviews and influencing from working group through senior management
- Experience working across functional and organizational boundaries; leading teams of contractors / suppliers
- Languages: English & Mandarin a plus

Description The NSG F68 site is continuing to fill our fab and maximize capacity after a successful reentry in to the Memory wafer manufacturing business. F68 is in the process of hiring the needed people and skills to ensure site growth can be constructed and maintained to deliver the lowest price, is in-line with Rest-of-World practices, and is able to compete in the very challenging and rapidly growing Memory business. In this position, the EHS Site Construction Manager is responsible for leading our construction EHS professionals and contracted General Contractors to implement world class safety protocols and procedures to deliver all construction related activities incident and injury-free. She/he must meet these requirements while ensuring the safety and well-being of those performing the work, must be well versed in rest-of-world construction practices, and is able to deliver innovative solutions that meet the site needs. Overview This position will focus on leading the planning & implementation/execution for all levels of construction safety protocols to achieve world class safety results, developing and implementing a strategy roadmap to drive an IFE culture from an existing culture of compliance. She/he will lead the site construction EHS team supporting a scope of Base build and Tool Install Construction Design. We are looking for someone who can communicate and influence stakeholders and other professionals, can influence at multiple levels, work effectively in a team setting, work in a fast-paced environment, and readily adapt as changes are made. The successful candidate will be a senior and experienced leader who would own all aspects of EHS as it relates to the site construction activities with the following expectations:- Providing all EHS services necessary for the safe planning, start up, construction, commissioning and turnover of Base build and Tool Install projects in an effort to maintain World Class EHS Performance - Responsible for baseline knowledge of master design specifications to ensure EHS requirements are included in project designs and processes - Providing assistance to Intel project management teams in development of contracting strategy, GC and/or CM, trade contractor selection and providing guidance in identifying EHS performance improvement areas - Ensuring that every project meets all EHS requirements mandated in the Construction Management Practices (CMP) manual - Conducting general training to project personnel on EHS subjects and providing techniques for mitigating hazards to Intel and contractor employees during all aspects of demolition and construction- Managing the site equipment sign off program. - Supporting cross-functional EHS teams, taskforce focus teams and special projects, works closely with the Site EHS team 举报 分享
