1、New product development新产品开发:
Explore the NPD opportunity and built up solid NPD strategy and full profitable P&L forecast through Category/ Competitor/Consumer study.
探究市场及消费者发展趋势以寻求新品机会点,制定新品开发战略并作出新品的利益损析预测。
responsibility for lead cross function teams to develop new products and ensure on schedule launch.
领导跨部门项目小组研制新产品,掌控项目时间表,负责新产品的按时上市。
Designed tailor-made marketing launch plan based on target group understanding and customized channel planning.
在新产品目标消费群的调研基础上,为新产品量身打造市场和渠道支持计划。
2、Brand Plan品牌策略:
Developed and implemented annual brand strategies and marketing plan to drive sales growth, profit goals and brand equity improvement.
制定并执行全年的品牌战略和市场计划以驱动品牌的销量增长,达成利润目标和建立品牌资产。
Tracked brand performance on a monthly basis and initiated ad hoc analysis to timely fix issue or explore opportunity.
跟踪品牌月度生意状况,及时发现和修正品牌运行中出现的问题并挖掘开拓新业务机会点。
3、ATL Communication线上沟通:
Developed brand communication plans and brief based on business objective and brand status; Led agency partners to create and to execute a full year integrated marketing campaign.
基于品牌的生意目标和现状,带领战略合作伙伴规划品牌沟通策略和全年的整合营销计划。
Supported advertising development including creative brief, copy evaluation, commercial production and copy testing.
协助品牌广告成功上映,包括广告核心概念贯彻、广告创意细化、测试以及最终拍摄。
Work with media function and agency to implement media plans and review execution results for improvements.
协同媒体代理商实施品牌的广告投放计划,并定期评估和回顾广告效应和投放效果以作及时修正和改善。
4、BTL线下活动:
Took responsibility of brand BTL strategy & annual trade calendar development. Ensure each promotion high quality designing, execution, monitoring and post evaluation with trade marketing.
规划品牌线下活动策略和年度市场活动日历,并与通路营销团队设计、执行、追踪和后期评估各档促销活动。
5、Research市场研究:
Initiate and conduct brand related research and analysis with internal/external research functions.
与公司的调研同事共同设计和执行品牌相关的消费者研究和市场调查。
任职资格:
Minimum 5 years hands-on Marketing in FMCG industry 至少3年实际的消费品行业市场营销工作
Experience with a multinational company 在跨国工司工作的经验
Solid strategic thinking, good analytical skill and sound judgment 具备出色的战略性思维、分析和判断能力
Good planning /organization and communication skill 良好的计划与组织协调能力
