IT technical support specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of all IT-system and the local/regional network - infrastructure, in team working with the central ITS-depart. in Germany.
IT technical support specialist is responsible for the additional task in installation and configuration of local IT-system, diagnosing of Hardware and Software - problems / - errors and solving the technical or application problem on-site directly. Or with the help from colleague in Germany by calling.
This IT technical support specialist is one member of the ITS - operations support teams.

Responsibilities:
IT technical support specialist play the role of function for local / regional IT - Surrounding and supporting the local user to solve all IT-technical questions and problems, and the other tasks as follow:
- Monitoring and ensuring the IAV - ITS - policies
- Installation und configuration computer hardware, operating System und applications
- Technical monitoring and maintenance of locale computer system und network components, data- and server - rooms
- User supporting with IT problems in utility of hardware or software (first- und second-level support, local HeldpDesk)
- Solving supporting with Roll-Out from technical / hardware or software
- Test and evaluation of new technologies, make the agreement with central IST-team in Germany setting.
- Taking care of the relationship between the end-users and other technical-colleague
- Audits supporting, working with the central ITS - and QM - teams together
- Operation and monitoring Backup & Recovery
- Error analyse and making the concept of the User-Management
- Establishing and managing of system documentation
- Application and realization of corporate IT-Standards and corporate IT-Security-Standards
- Involvment in projects
- Anlegen und Verwalten der Assets, in Flexera), Labeln der Assets entsprechend der
Namens convention
- Distribution of RSA- tokens
- Distribution of Hardware (mouses, key-board, networking cable, video-cable etc.)
- Building up/processing of Tickets
- Building up and /or changing of forms
- Building up and/or changing of infrastructure plans

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above, major in info. technology, or alternative familiar working experience
- Good German and English skill
- Independence, responsibility and working carefully
- High motivation/performance and team-work ability
- Quality conscious and structural working style
- Customer-oriented, good communication skills
- Information technology
- Computer Network und Hardware (Microsoft, Windows, Office, Outlook, Exchange, Skype4Business, SharePoint, Linux, HP, Cisco; Switches, Printer, Scanner, WLAN, .ftp)
- Knowledge with remote maintenance software (VNC, .rdp)
- Experience in Ticketsystem service
