职位描述：
Job Description:

- Help customers to design new PA module with GaN or GaAs device.
- With technical expertise, Closely monitor each new R&D PJ with all customers, Got device qualification.
- Closely follow and check customer all technical related issues and new inquiry, provide solution to customers.
- Customer Complain/quality Issue Follow up and quick Response,


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree in EE/MW/RF or related field;
- 3+ years related design experience of PA module for BTS, working experience in GaN doherty power amplifier is more preferable;
- Excellent RF design experience and theoretical principle; Know very well about LD-MOS/GaN or other RF device.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; 举报 分享
